Ratu303 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

By registering an account with Ratu303, making a deposit, or simply accessing our website, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms take effect immediately and remain in force for as long as you hold an active account with Ratu303 or use any of our services.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs within your account, whether authorised or not
• Notify Ratu303 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

Ratu303 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence in protecting your password.

All financial transactions at Ratu303 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Ratu303 does not accept any foreign currency. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet once verification is complete. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (matching rule) as a security measure.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the user
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet
• Ratu303 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error or manifest error in the odds
• For postponed or cancelled matches, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules
• For live betting, Ratu303 reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets during significant in-game events
• Minimum bet is RM1 and maximum bet limits vary by sport and market

Any attempt to exploit system delays (latency arbitrage) or use automated software to place bets is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Ratu303's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Ratu303 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Activity suspected to be fraudulent or money laundering
• Failure to pass the identity verification process (KYC)
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

You may also close your account at any time by contacting Ratu303 customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you within 5 business days.

Ratu303 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual consent. Changes take effect immediately upon the latest version being published on the Ratu303 website.
